The wine
Pinot Gris impress the brilliant straw yellow nuances and hints of ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of sage. Full-bodied in its minerality, it boasts a balanced flavor and an unexpected persistence on the palate. A wine with character and a versatile combination. To be proposed as an aperitif, with pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, fondues and soufflées.
