Domenico Clerico Barolo Pajana

Domenico Clerico Pajana is a red of extraordinary character. It has an intense garnet red color. The nose opens with notes of roasting, spices and cocoa, which give way to hints of berries, blackberries and withered flowers. In the mouth it is dry, soft, with great structure, overwhelmingly tannic, rich and with a very long finish. Excellent with braised meat in Barolo, stew, grilled lamb chops, game and aged cheeses.
