The wine
An undisputed, "gruff" nature, but from that nature it was possible to understand that by making wine from the Zibibbo grapes, it was possible to produce a dry white wine with marked mineral notes, aromatic, citrusy, intense and complex. the tasting is characterized by a decisive freshness and a pleasantly bitter finish. The color is deep straw yellow. To be paired with shellfish, fish tartare, oysters and raw seafood.
