The wine
In Côte-Rôtie, the slopes of the hills are as steep as those of the Alps, and it is not uncommon to see winegrowers adopting mountaineering behavior! Face Sud pays tribute to these passionate men and women. The Syrahs were harvested by hand, at good maturity. After slow and gentle maceration, the wine was aged in barrels from the forests of Allier, Vosges and Jura.
