Corte Giara Amarone is an austere and powerful wine, with a ruby red color of excellent intensity. The nose reveals strong hints of crunchy and pulpy red fruit. In the mouth it highlights beautiful spicy notes, especially pepper and cloves, followed by mineral hints and a deep nuance of tobacco. Full, enveloping and velvety, it manages to maintain an elegant and silky profile thanks to the perfect and balanced acidity and sweet tannins, perfectly blended. Ideal on game-based dishes, grilled meats, braised meats and long-aged cheeses. Thanks to the hints of withering of the grapes, it can also be proposed with original dishes with sweet and sour flavors, therefore with creations of Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
