Spec sheet
The wine
In the South Tyrolean dialect, more precisely that of Bassa Atesina, “Pichl” indicates a hill located in a moderately steep area and overlooking the slopes. At sight it has a straw yellow color with green reflections; sweet hints of vanilla, sponge cake, banana and dried fruit make up a delicate and pleasant nose. The sip is fresh, with balsamic and citrus aftertaste. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes.
