The wine
Cuvée produced with the Solera method whose base dates back to the early 1900s topped up only with the best thousandths. Quoted by Hugh Johnson among one of the 20 wines to drink before dying, the aroma is that of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, intense and complex as the maturation that takes place in precious wooden barrels and lasts for decades. Velvety like a caress, hot and dry like a tropical breeze, it loves to meditate and to accompany spicy cheeses.
