The wine
A fruity and complex Gevrey Chambertin, tinged with skilfully balanced woody notes. The palate promises to be delicate, silky, with present but ripe tannins. The finish slightly dominated by the toasted wood reveals aromas of cherry brandy which accentuate its warm character. This rich and elegant Gevrey will be savored for years to come.
