Cocchi Alta Langa Brut Bianc 'd Bianc

Bianc 'd Bianc di Cocchi is a special cuvée that enhances the strength of the territory through the expression of Chardonnay in purity. The cuvée is made from grapes grown in vines with white marl-calcareous earth that make the wine sapid and long-lived, the biotype cultivated is of Burgundian tradition. On the nose complex aromas of white fruits and light apricot are perceptible; to the taste it has volume and a long substance with a delicate and enveloping effervescence through which you can feel the notes of white chocolate and sweet fruit.
