The wine
Dry, full-bodied, exciting Lambrusco Grasparossa. Col Sassoso is well structured. It shows an intense ruby red with purplish edges. A wine with spicy aromas, full and pleasantly fruity on the palate, with hints of morello cherry. Excellent with cured meats, first courses with meat sauce, boiled meats, roasted red meats. Try it with cheeses.

Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC
