The wine
Great structure and minerality with intense aromas of tropical fruits and, with aging, also floral. Despite being a young and fresh wine, this Chardonnay has a great aptitude for aging. Excellent as an aperitif, appetizers and light dishes in general, first courses, fish and crustaceans, cheeses.

Produced since 1948, Cavallotto's Bricco Boschis of is one of the symbols of the Barolo from Castiglione Falletto, so much so that the owners wanted to adopt it as the company's name.
