The wine
Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico is a warm and enveloping red wine. The visual examination denotes an intense ruby red color, of good brightness. On the nose, sweet sensations of toasted oak enhance the fruit component, where there are clear aromas of ripe cherries, softened by very elegant floral notes of violets. In the mouth, the entrance fully demonstrates the solidity of the product, as evidenced by a body of good structure, where the tannins find the right balance with the alcoholic component. Final taste of extreme enjoyment. Excellent in combination with feathered game.
