Cantina Bolzano Sauvignon Mock

Cantina Bolzano Sauvignon Mock is an intense and very expressive white of its terroir, a wine that combines citrus and floral tones with a strong minerality and an important structure. Upon visual examination it shows a beautiful straw yellow with greenish reflections. The olfactory profile evokes an intriguing mix of tomato leaves, nettles, green peppers, mint, yellow peach and pink grapefruit fruity, acacia, elderberry and mineral scent, with memories of flint in aging. In the mouth it gives a fruity taste with delicate and balanced acidity, good structure and persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, with asparagus and fish dishes, with light or vegetarian dishes. Also excellent for cooking with aromatic herbs.
