Ca' del Baio Barbaresco Vallegrande

The most traditional Barbaresco of Ca'del Baio is born from the vineyards surrounding the company, aged, as in the past, exclusively in large barrels. It best expresses the elegance of the wine without showing the muscles of Nebbiolo. Garnet red color; intense aroma, with enveloping notes of fruit, dried flowers and undergrowth aromas; dry, velvety and harmonious flavor, it closes with a warm and rightly tannic finish. It is easily suited to roast or terrine meats, seasoned or "fondue" cheeses, meat and vegetable soups.
