The wine
Intense ruby red color. It has a broad and complex bouquet, with floral, spicy and fresh fruit notes. On the palate it is vigorous and vibrant, its pleasant acidity blends with the full taste and makes this wine complex and balanced. Elegant, with soft tannins and a persistent aftertaste. A true and authentic expression of Sangiovese. Traditional combinations are red meats (both roasted and salted), game and aged cheeses. Also excellent with first courses typical of Mediterranean cuisine.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
