A white wine with great freshness that enhances the distinctive aromatic linearity of the varietal selection of native grapes from which it is composed: Baglio di Pianetto thus embraces the DOC of Monreale, with a wine with a strong and recognizable identity. The name Monreale Bianco Murriali and the label recall the homonymous Norman town a few kilometers from Palermo, the Cathedral and its magnificent cloister. If the aromas are persuasive, with citrus and white orange blossom notes, the taste is full-bodied and vibrant, with a lively mineral note. Ideal as an aperitif, it gives its best with seafood, shellfish and all other fish-based dishes, especially grilled turbot or squid. Also try it with tagliolini alla bottarga, or with simple and tasty ingredients such as tuna and pachino tomatoes.
