Anne do Ricón Blanco comes from cultivated plots without phytosanitary synthesis treatment, which translates into very low yields. Not every year is productive, since meteorology marks the capacity of this production. This wine is a mixture of native grapes in which the Albariño variety predominates and has a small percentage of Loureira and Treixadura. Processing begins after harvesting the grapes manually at the optimum ripening point, and is vinified in the shortest possible time. First, the scrape is separated and then the grape is pressed. Already in the tank, the yeasts that came in the skins make the alcoholic fermentation with a controlled temperature, so that the nose is as respectful as possible with the grapes from which they come. Then, after several racking during the campaign so that the wine gets as clean as possible, it is bottled. The average production of this wine is about 1,000 bottles a year.
NOTE: Some sediments may appear in the bottle, which does not alter the quality of the wine, they are only a reflection of an artisanal elaboration.

Very good
A rich hue with a complex, crisp taste with good acidity.
