The wine

Adami Sul Lievito is a prosecco that does not leave you indifferent. It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, iridescent, ranging from fresh and fruity notes (typical of prosecco at the end of fermentation) to the characteristic "bread crust", to gradually pass over time to increasingly complex notes derived from contact with yeast. Also in the mouth it shows an interesting gradual evolution: at the beginning it gives gentle fruity flavors combined with delicate hints of yeast; later it reveals greater complexity and a dry and pleasantly bitter taste. Extremely fresh and light, it is highly appreciated in summer as an invigorating drink. It goes very well with fish dishes, risotto with mushrooms or vegetables.
