Description
Glenfiddich Ipa is the first innovative experiment, which shows that traditional whiskeys can still mature in seasoned barrels in a pioneering way.
In collaboration with a local craft brewery in Speyside, Brian Kinsman, malt master, created an audacious and tasty IPA beer to imbue the oak barrels with additional hops notes. The experiment resulted in the first Scotch malt whiskey matured in IPA casks.
