Nonino Grappa Il Friulano

Nonino Friulano is an elegant grappa obtained from the distillation of selected pomace of Friulano grapes. To the eye it is colorless and crystalline. Clean and harmonious on the nose, to which it appears fruity, fresh and spicy, with a hint of bitter almond. In the mouth it is complete and with a consistent persistence. Excellent sipped at the end of the meal or at any time of the day. In the kitchen it can be added to risotto to enhance its aroma (in the measure of one or two spoons, after toasting the rice), but also in the cooking of fatty meats (added halfway through cooking in the measure of a soup spoon).
