Salmon-colored, the NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is 100% macerated Pinot Noir Champagne with a clear and intense but also fresh and delicate fruit aroma (red currant!). Medium-bodied, very elegant and dry, insistently fresh and fruity on the palate, this pure and delicate, well structured, tension-filled and persistent rosé is a very good aperitif, but should also be a match for poultry dishes.
