Louis de Sacy Rosé de Saignée Grand Cru

This Rosé de Saignée is produced in part from a well-identified plot (Les Buissons) which benefits from perfect exposure, just at the entrance to the village of Verzy and only from Pinots Noirs, sorted by hand. 50 years old vines. We will add the equivalent of 20 to 25% of Chardonnay de Verzy. A very beautiful salmon color with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose offers a palette of red fruits, wild berries, pear and some notes of tobacco. This rich, full-bodied and well-balanced Rosé is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a meal.
