Escofet Rosell 1731 Brut Reserva is a cava made in the Penedès region of Spain from a careful selection of traditional varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This blend gives it a distinctive complexity and elegance.
To the eye, it has a pale yellow colour with golden reflections, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it displays aromas of ripe white fruits, notes of pastry and a subtle hint of vanilla, the result of its ageing. On the palate, it is harmonious and pleasant, with well-integrated fruit flavours and a long, lingering finish.
This cava is ideal with white meats, light dishes, rice dishes, aperitifs, fish and pasta. We recommend serving it at a temperature between 6 and 8 °C to fully appreciate its qualities.
Escofet Rosell 1731 Brut Reserva has been positively rated by consumers, highlighting its excellent value for money and its elegant, balanced profile.
