The wine
The Agustí Torelló Reserva Brut is clean and elegant, a very pleasant Cava that stands out due to its fresh, fruity notes.
It is a pale straw-yellow in colour with greenish glints and presents fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is clean and fruity with suggestions of green apple and caramel, on a background of fresh herbs with balsamic and menthol hints. On the palate the wine is elegant, well-balanced, fruit-forward and fresh, with notes of apple and fruits in syrup.
Matured for a minimum of 24 months.
