The wine
Odem is an organic chardonnay produced in Israel by the Yarden winery. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; notes of white-fleshed fruit intertwine with spicy and vanilla hints, creating a typical and elegant aromatic bouquet. The sip in the mouth is full, energetic and of good persistence.
