The wine
Golden yellow. Complex and elegant very aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh fruit. Complex and aromatic taste, elderberry, fresh flowers and an evident note of Muscat grape enrich the mouth. The Moscato vineyards are cultivated on soils of calcareous marl origin. The particular microclimate is a determining factor for the perfect ripening of the grapes, an indispensable condition for obtaining a great product. After soft pressing, the flower must is stored at a low temperature until the moment of fermentation in the autoclave and the subsequent bottling.
