The wine
Poggio Salvi's Rosso di Montalcino comes from the same Sangiovese grosso grapes as Brunello. Younger, it brings the consumer closer to the taste of Montalcino wines and is destined to be widely used in food pairings. Ready immediately, it can be suitable for aging for ten or fifteen years.
