Review
Passacaglia is a red wine made from Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Barbera grapes and produced in the Colli Euganei appellation. It has a ruby red color in the glass; the nose expresses intense and complex hints of red fruit and spices, with mineral touches. On the palate it is well balanced between structure and acidity. Persistent and harmonious finish. Excellent in combination with red meats, such as braised meat or a beef stew. Excellent with aged cheeses.
