The wine

It is an open secret that David Powell is a lover of French wines and with this white, he readily admits to seeking out the perfect traits of flavoursome white wines from the south of France, excellent when served with fine cuisine, perfect too for drinking and enjoying after a long, hard day at work in the vineyard.

Partially fermented in six-year old French oak barrels.
