Too much remaining yeast - you eat asphalt!
To stop fermentation prematurely in the tank of grape 🍇 masses to have a wine with high sugar and low alcohol is the trick in winemaking. This wine has just sweet features, but unfortunately is not balanced and asphalt taste overload the entire structure.
Only if you consume it at 6-8 C sharp, the cold 🥶 can hide such ugly taste.
