The wine
Dark garnet red, its bouquet is dominated by the intense fruity notes of ossicocco (marsh mortella) and morello cherry, enriched by a floral scent of lilac and cooked laurel. There are also hints of flint and a delicate chocolate tone. Very vinous and harmonious on the palate, with a delicate texture and refined tannins that give Lagrein a very captivating fullness, making it a very full and velvety wine on the palate. It goes well with beef rolls with mashed potatoes, or with braised venison leg with blue cabbage, with mature cheeses and mature Parmesan.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
