A Vermentino with unique characteristics of typicality and elegance, characterized by a marked flavor. At sight it shows a straw yellow color; hints of pear and white flowers make up a pleasant and elegant aromatic profile. Fine and clean flavors are noted. The floral and fruity aromas typical of the grape stand out. Characterized by lively freshness, balanced, fine. It goes well with various fish, raw, seafood, shellfish soups and delicate vegetable-based pastas. It is ideal for long aperitifs.
