Tenuta Santori Offida Pecorino

The Pecorino di Offida produced by Tenuta Sartori is obtained from the indigenous grape variety in purity; at sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Citrus notes and a full and pulpy mouth of great persistence. Excellent minerality and great sapidity, characteristics given by the position of the vineyard which benefits from the marine and saline currents of the Adriatic Sea during the day and the colder mountain ones, from the Sibillini Mountains, during the night. Perfect in combination with shellfish and fish soups.
