The wine
Intense ruby red color, it has a broad and enveloping aroma with a long persistence with hints of tobacco and persuasive notes of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it reveals a perfect balance of softness and acidity with velvety and sweet tannins, of inflexible elegance, characteristic of this type of grape. The typical combination is with red meats, noble poultry, roasts, braised meats, stews of meat, game and aged cheeses.
