Maximum expression of still white wine obtained from red berried grapes, it interprets the soul of Sangiovese in a completely modern and original way. Coming from a single parcel, “Alborelli”, it tells of mineral notes, intense fruity and floral tones, fresh citrus nuances on an excellent base structure.

Dry white wine. On the nose, floral and delicate, light notes of aromatic herbs and white fruit. On the palate, fresh, dry, with an evident mineral structure. Gentle aftertaste with good acidity. It accompanies fish appetizers, shellfish and fish in general, first courses, white meats and vegetables. Great for light everyday cooking.
