Rosa Kaolino comes from the vineyards that rest on the ancient Caolino quarries, from a sandy soil rich in minerals, where the fumarolic phenomena of the volcano have given color to the rocks, of which our rosé is the polychrome representation. It comes to life from a blend of Corinto Nero and Nero d'Avola, to express all the typical and representative colors of the geology of Lipari. Rosa Kaolin to the eyes appears magnetic and clear, thanks to the repeated decanting; it is an important and structured rosé wine that is rarely produced, with a complete and harmonious character. The taste is complex and elegant, characterized by strong hints of red fruits and an excellent balance between persistence and minerality.
Pale pink with bright salmon reflections, the nose reveals delicate nuances of roses, Mediterranean scrub and minerals. Delicate and marine structure in the mouth, its very fresh acidity envelops and cleans the palate for an elegant drink. Excellent with appetizers, fish first courses, and white meats.
