The wine

Leone d'Almerita comes from the union of elegant and fragrant international vines (pinot blanc, gewurztraminer and sauvignon) with catarratto, Sicilian autochthonous grapes from which whites are produced characterized by intense fruity notes, freshness and good body.

The vineyards from which the grapes destined for the production of Leone d'Almerita come are located between 500 and 900 meters above sea level and enjoy strong temperature variations between day and night; this condition, together with the vinification in steel only, sharpens the fragrance of the perfumes and the freshness of the wine.

Clear references to white peach, pink grapefruit, pineapple and honey emerge from the glass. The taste is soft and fruity, fresh, juicy and intriguing.
