The wine
Bonzarino is a sparkling Pignoletto from Tenuta Bonzara. This white wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage and fruity aroma with a prevalence of hints of apple. The sip is soft, lively and persistent; a pleasant finish with a balance between freshness and structure. Ideal match as an aperitif but it can be served throughout the meal
