The wine
Son of the full-bodied terroir and the mild climate in which his rigorously selected vineyards are located, this brut sparkling wine delivers intense tropical notes to the nose and a sweet foam to the nose which gives way to a pleasant freshness. Batonnage on the lees and long fermentation make it a territorial and human expression.
