The wine
Asti Secco Master C27 produced by Sant'Orsola is a very pleasant brut, pop, fragrant and inviting. At sight it has a pale but brilliant straw yellow color; to the nose it expresses delicate aromatic hints with the presence of fruity notes of pear and apple and floral. On the palate it is dry and well balanced. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with shellfish and raw fish, excellent throughout the meal.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
