The wine
A Sicilian «bordeaux»: the gruffly beneficial Cabernet Sauvignon in the Estate met the Nero d'Avola, "which cannot be more indigenous" and speaks Sicilian strictly. The result is a "complexity with clear ideas": a fusion of French strength and Sicilian resistant softness.
