The wine
Poderi San Lazzaro Pistillo is a pleasant still white wine, medium-bodied, soft and fragrant. The nose is expressed with light floral and vegetable notes and hints of grapefruit and lime. On the palate it is elegant, warm, savory and citrusy. It is excellent with fish appetizers, seafood risotto, steamed and grilled fish. Also recommended with vegetable or mushroom risotto, with stewed white meats and blue cheeses.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
