Podere Ranieri Toscana Rosso Solo Cabernet

Cabernet Sauvignon is undoubtedly the international grape variety that more than any other has found a second home in Maremma. Only Cabernet del Podere Ranieri is an intense and enveloping, persuasive wine; at sight it has an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex, expressing balsamic hints of eucalyptus and basil, notes of red fruits, in particular blackberry and morello cherry and pleasant spicy flavors. The sip is full-bodied and dense, intense and soft. Perfect in combination with cured meats, aged cheeses, game, game; excellent also with complex and tasty fish dishes, such as baccalà alla livornese.
