Pietracupa Greco di Tufo

Pietracupa Greco di Tufo is a remarkable white with an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is floral, with notes of face powder, white peach and lemon grass. On the sly it also suggests some sulphurous hints. Slow to express itself on the palate, when it reveals itself it is fresh, intense, long and balanced, confirming the fruity hints expressed on the nose, to which is added an intense saline and mineral charge that comes to monopolize the entire tasting picture, influencing the very long persistence. Excellent on hot fish starters, on risotto with vegetables, risotto with seafood and grilled fish.
