The wine
An Albariño aged in barrels that imposes its character, ripe, mineral and with a good acidity that helps its passage through the mouth and makes it persistent. A white in which the oak helps to enlarge the primary aromas of the grape, giving it toasted and spicy nuances but without masking its personality.
