The wine
Parentini Venerandus is a velvety wine, of great class and elegance. Sangiovese, it is the chalice of intense ruby red color. The aroma is rich and complex, immediately captivating, fresh and sweet. There has essences of plum, cherry and blackberry combined with hints of vanilla. In the mouth full and harmonious, with a good taste-olfactory correspondence and pleasant persistence. Boards is the ideal accompaniment to red meat, savory game, and aged cheeses.
