The wine
Olivini Demesse Vecchie is a fresh and very pleasant white. Straw yellow in color, it expresses a nice mix of exotic fruit on the nose with notes of almond and citrus. The taste is persistent and savory. supported by large structure. Excellent with fish-based first and second courses, with white meats, hard or soft medium-aged cheeses.
