Ar.Pe.Pe. Rosso di Valtellina

The little brother from the Pelizzatti Perego house is made like all the big brothers, the wonderful Reserves, from Nebbiolo grapes or rather Chiavennasca in varietal purity. Ar.Pe.Pe. has its roots in the impervious terraces from Sondrio since the second half of the nineteenth century and since 1860 (the year in which the foundation of the winery is traced) has produced unique wines, with a personal interpretation full of deep respect for a unique terroir, albeit difficult, which for centuries has forced humans to practice a type of viticulture that we now call heroic. The Rosso di Valtellina shines with an enchanting garnet colour. The bouquet has immediate floral, berry and cherry notes that invites you to taste without further delay. On the palate we find perfect correspondence and we enjoy a pleasant and light wine, with subtle tannins.
