Wine obtained from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes in purity with the classic method. After an early harvest, it is subsequently fermented in the bottle, resting on the lees for at least 30 months, thus acquiring its peculiar characteristics. The perlage is fine and persistent, the decidedly fruity aromas are accompanied by a fresh, savory but at the same time creamy and defined taste with a certain subtlety of bubbles. Ideal as an aperitif, interesting throughout the meal. Excellent paired with hot and cold appetizers, recommended to accompany eggs especially if cooked with asparagus.
