The wine
At sight it has an intense and brilliant ruby red color. Pleasantly herbaceous perfume with pleasant notes of green pepper combined with the ethereal and delicately spicy scent. It is a dry, warm, pleasantly soft wine characterized by a long persistent olfactory taste. It is a very elegant wine with excellent harmony. Ideal in combination with the classic tagliata. Excellent with porcini mushrooms escalopes. It is an international wine that is well suited to any austere dish.
